Eagle Riders Are Now Official !!!!
Saturday May 9th, the Eagle RIders 1291 became the newest Charter Member. Our Aerie was visited by Rick Rivera, State Coordinator of the Eagle Riders of Ohio, along with John Kempton, Ohio State President. The Charter presentation included a slide show of the Eagle Riders inaugural ride, Rick presented Randy Loy, President of the Eagle Riders 1291 their charter, with the charter members names listed.
Look for a new website in the coming months devoted to all things Eagle Rider related. The Grand Aerie is supporting this effort, so that any Eagle Rider, or group, nationwide can locate other Aeries that have an active Eagle Rider unit attached to their Aerie.
This group is some 50+ strong and still growing. The new goal is to have 100 members by year end!!!!!
Special thanks to Randy Loy and John Miller for all their efforts in making this happen.
At the time of this posting, we were still in posesion of the "Travelin' Trophy".... But you never know when The Indian Lake Eagle Riders will come-a-knockin" to take it back East.
Coming soon to the patio will be Thursday Nite Bike Nite. Plans are still in the works.
Something up & coming is the Lake Festival and we will be riding in the parade following the Eagles float. And we are sponsoring with the Lake Festival Committee the 1st Annual Bike Poker Run on Sunday July 26.
Right now the “Buzz” is on as the Celina Eagle Riders has chartered over 40 members and is one of the largest Units in the state of Ohio. We have had several other Eagle Riders from as far away as Indianapolis stopping in to see what we are all about. We will try to post all rides at the club whether it is incoming or outgoing. Anyone that would like to join can fill out an application at the Social Room. The cost is $10.00 initiation fee and $10.00 per year dues. All of the Eagle Riders are looking for a great summer of safe fun.
Meetings are the 1st Monday of every month @7:00.
